Holywell Bay is situated between Perranporth and Newquay on the north coast of Cornwall. A large sandy beach which is backed up by some impressive sand dunes and stunning views via the coastal path. The two rocks that lie in the bay are known as 'Gull Rocks' and give Holywell Bay its distinctive appearance. The beach becomes a vast expanse of sand at low tide and Holywell Cave also becomes accessible, but due to the flat nature of the beach it rapidly disappears on the incoming tide.
