Cadgwith also known as Cadgwith Cove, is an absolutely delightful and typically Cornish place. A tiny fishing village which has remained completely unspoilt despite the growth in tourism around Cornwall. Cadgwith is situated on The Lizard peninsula on the south coast of Cornwall, still used as a fishing port today although mainly for crabs and lobsters rather than pilchard fishing which was once the main industry for the village.

Cadgwith
A fishing boat returns to Cadgwith after a days fishing. Upon their return, the fishing boats are then hauled up the beach either by winch or by tractor.

Cadgwith
The lovely village of Cadgwith has several thatched roof cottages and the signs that it is still a working fishing village are evidently visible.
