Delivery
PLEASE NOTE - Any orders placed on or after Thursday 9th May will not be dispatched until Monday 27th May. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
All prices are inclusive of postage and packing to UK mainland addresses only and orders over a value of £15.00 are dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or by courier to mainland UK addresses. Please note that when a courier is used, in most circumstances they will make two attempts to deliver your parcel and if both of these are unsuccessful you will be required to collect it in person from your nearest depot. If you know you will not be at home to receive the delivery and you would prefer to have your order delivered to your place of work, then please contact me via email.
For non UK mainland addresses please contact via email before making your purchase to obtain a postage quote.

Although every effort will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible and in most cases your order will be dispatched the next working day, please allow up to 10 days for delivery to mainland UK addresses and up to 21 days for non mainland UK / Overseas addresses.
Returns
In the unlikely event that when you receive your order you find that it is damaged in any way then please ensure that you take photographs of the item and the packaging then send an email together with the photographs as attachments immediately, as returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after the date of dispatch.
Replacements or refunds will only be given once the original order has been sent back to CWWPhotography.
Discounts for multiple purchases
If you are wanting to purchase more than one item then please email me before placing your order as I may be able to offer you a discount on your purchases.
